Terms of Service

Attorney review required. This page is a structural starting point covering the topics a lead-generation agreement typically needs. Before launch, have counsel draft or review final terms, including lead exclusivity, acceptance/rejection criteria, per-lead and retainer billing, cancellation terms, and — importantly — the “Lead Qualification Basis” section below, which shifts responsibility for verifying representation status and statute of limitations onto Client based on the claimant’s self-reported answers.

Services

Case Scouter is a brand operated by Agostino Digital, providing personal injury lead generation and delivery services to law firms (“Client”), including leads captured and screened through our Adaptive Tech intake platform.

Lead Exclusivity

Each accepted lead is sold to one firm and is not resold or shared with another firm.

Fees & Billing

Pricing per case type is listed on our Pricing page and is subject to change with notice. Client may be billed either (a) per accepted, qualified lead, or (b) under a monthly retainer covering a minimum of ten leads per month at a 15% discount off the per-lead pricing otherwise in effect for the case types covered by the retainer. Client may run some case types on a per-lead basis and others under a retainer concurrently. Lead Qualification Basis

A lead is treated as meeting the “no current attorney” and “within the statute of limitations” criteria on our Pricing page based solely on the claimant’s own response to those questions during the Adaptive Tech intake conversation. Case Scouter does not independently verify representation status or calculate an applicable statute of limitations, and Client is responsible for its own diligence on both points before relying on a lead. No Long-Term Commitment
